In contrast, data center capital expenditure by major Chinese CSPs declined due to economic, regulatory, and demand challenges. Corporate data center spending also dipped slightly in 2023, reflecting weakened demand amid economic uncertainties and digestion processes.

– In the server market, Dell led in revenue share, followed by HPE and IEIIT Systems.
